Problem

No usability testing, CJM, or surveys have been conducted since the launch in 2021.

Features were developed by developers and product managers without design input. The mobile version has limited functionality.

Solution

Research
— Conducted interviews with business stakeholders and users, combined with Value Proposition Canvas analysis → Identified UX gaps.

Navigation
— Implemented a SideBar for quick access.
— Frequently used features (payments, reports, contract creation) were moved to the home screen.

Mobile-First
— Fully adapted functionality for smartphones, including tables and forms.

Design System
— Standardized colors, fonts, and UI elements → Ensured consistency across all platforms.

Outcome

  • Identified and resolved 20+ UX issues, achieving +89% success rate in usability tests (payments, reports, transfers).

  • Reduced task completion time by implementing global search and prioritizing frequently used actions.
